Local Bands Open For KISS

KISS is on tour this summer and if you have an unsigned rock band, you can enter a contest to open for them. Click here to select your city to see which band is in the lead.

KISS has been around for decades and continues to grow generation to generation. They started in the early 70's have sold over 100 million albums worldwide.

The Guitar Center On Stage: KISS Contest consists of three parts:

1) voting from the public as to which Band they want to see as an opening act for KISS in each Concert City;

2) skill contests whereby KISS will judge and choose one Band from the top five with the highest number of public votes;

3) a grand prize contest where Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley will judge and choose the Grand Prize winner from the 22-Concert City Contest winners.

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia and must be 18 years of age at time of entry. It began June 1 and continues through October 15, 2010. For a complete list of official rules, go here.
