Gene Simmons became Chelsea Handler's latest target, as the chat show host took the KISS rocker to task about his many sexual affairs (shudder) on 'Chelsea Lately' (Weeknights, 11PM ET on E!).
But the big-haired -- and, apparently, insatiable -- star of 'Gene Simmons: Family Jewels' didn't seem too rattled by an enraged Handler, who grilled him about cheating on his long-time girlfriend by "penetrating other women."
Always the showman, Simmons deflected Handler's outrage and cutting, personal questions with funny, lazy quips -- "I've turned my attention to farm animals" -- and misdirection. He also lavished praise on his girlfriend. Who he cheats on. Like, all the time.
To Simmons's credit, he seems to recognize that he probably should have grown out of his "rock and roll all night, and party every day" lifestyle by now -- the man is 61, you know -- but he's not ready to settle down just yet.
Chelsea's response to Simmons's double-standard speak and rationalizing: "Oh my God, I'm so bored!"
What do you think? Will Chelsea angle her way into meeting Simmons's partner and make good on her threat: "By the time I get done with her ... she's not even gonna be able to walk straight"?
