The KISS MTV Unplugged album and home video will be released simultaneously worldwide on March 12,1996. Plans are now being formulated for promotions and re-transmissions of the TV special around the album release. The Unplugged album features the 6 current and past members of KISS, and includes a selection of classics and new material.

"Everytime I Look At You" is a new ballad and the likely single.Tracks with "*" feature original members Peter Criss and Ace Frehely. Music is mastered. Finished artwork is expected by January 12. POS will be initiated immediately.
KISS is currently completing its new studio album forMercury, which is due in late summer.
Upon completion of recording, KISS will embark on a worldwide tour in late spring, which will end in the US this summer. Tour routing is still TBA.
The entire KISS back catalog will be remastered and re-released in the second half of 1996 with a supporting campaign.
Also, There is a German CD single of Anthrax's "Fueled" which also includes their cover of Watchin' You. Other KISS songs Anthrax has convered are: "She","Parasite,"Love Her All I Can" and most recently for the Ace Tribute Album "Rip It Out."

Currently KISS is heading into the studio to record their new studio album.
At last I heard, they were going into the studio with producer Toby Wright
(Alice in Chains).

Remember, these are only demos and it remains to be seen how many of them
make the finished product!
They will be in the studio until Christmas and the new album is rumored to be out
in summer of 96.

KISS just recently was on MTV Unplugged. KISS reunited with former band
members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss.

KISS hopes to release this FULL Unplugged concert on long form VHS but it is
still up in the air as to when or if it may come out!
The KISS Unplugged CD is a go! Expected by Spring '96.
KISS also plans to put out a boxed set. Gene calls it the "moster of all
boxed sets." Material that is expected to be included is Wicked Lester stuff
(pre-KISS), Unreleased Demeos includeing the Demoes with Gene and Eddie and
Alex Van Halen, and rare live stuff might be included. Th Boxed set is
rumored to have 5 or so CDs and maybe 3 videos and extra goodies such as
drum sticks and guitar picks. The Boxed set will most likely come out in the
Fall/Winter of '96.
KISS will tour the States in support of the new album. The new album will be
out in summer '96 with a spring/summer US tour to follow.
KISSNATION, the KISS comic book/Fanzine, will come out in Spring '96. It will
feature KISS meating the X-Men and reports from the KISS Konvention.
