Why all the put downs for The Greatest Band On Earth? I've sat here reading these articles, all I hear is that KISS isnt real anymore and that they are only in it for your money. As well as, That Ace Frehley can't play anymore and they are trying to rip fans off with the merchandising. This is all a bunch of crap. Nobody is forcing you to go see KISS. Nobody is forcing you to buy their merchandise. Nobody is forcing you to continue to give reverence to a band which hasn't had a really "good" record in 8 to 15 years whichever way you look at it. You ALL still care because KISS KICKS ASS. Because we all know that KISS can still kick anybody's butt who trys to challenge them in their home, THE ARENA.

I've been a KISS fan for 15 years and I would still put the KISS live show against anything that anybody else has to offer. Sure, KISS doesnt get airtime on MTV, but bring all competitors to THE ARENA and they havent got a prayer. I saw the Reunion Tour in 96' in Pittsburgh and it was SO COOL. Nothing can beat how the building SHAKES when Gene sings, GOD OF THUNDER. I also saw them in Largo, MD in 85'. The Spectrum, Philadelphia in 87',89', and 90'. Its time to stop putting them down and realize they are one of the last great LIVE BANDS of the Rock N Roll Era.

I may not agree with all the things they do or the downslide of their career over the years, but THEY WILL ALWAYS ROCK ON THE STAGE. As far as I'm concerned, they never need another record. Any true fan could go see them forever on stage. You scoffers should have as much devotion as Aretha Franklin, Barbara Streisand, and Gloria Estefan fans who will pay as much as $1000 dollars a show just to hear those idiots sing the same old songs without the sheer volume, firepower and excess of a KISS show. Sure KISS is in it for your money and so is everybody else. I will gladly pay my $40 everytime KISS comes to town. I think you scoffers need to stop living in the past and go see KISS Rock The House.
