WHERE DO I START? Im a 32 yr old die hard KISS fan who is also pretty diverse in my musical tastes from everything from early sinatra to jazz to sepultura. KISS has always been my favorite. Im not gonna go on rambling but i will say i love EVERYTHING kiss has ever done so i have to say i like this album......... FIRST OF ALL everybody please turn to page 63 in your KISSTORY books. INTO THE VOID my 2nd fave track on the album was pulled from athrowaway from 75/76 youll see that yourself from the song list. im not gonna give a blow by blow on every song. GENE outweighs PAUL on this record. ACE has very little lead work on that stands out on this album. psycho circus cool cheesy heavy love gun type song that will be great to open the show. WITHIN awesome carnival of souls throwaway.genes vocals are great. I PLEDGE>>the YEAH YEAH is the only catchy part of the song.pure crap. INTO THE VOID awesome....WE ARE ONE awesome.. GENE thought this one out with some exceptional lyrics. YOU WANTED THE BEST pure crapRAISE YOUR GLASSES awesome if it were on asylum or crazy nights.FINALLY FOUND MY WAYattaboy pete!!!!! DREAMIN paul needed more songs like this one.JOURNEY OF 1000 YEARS my favorite song.GENE at his best. great expectations type song very original. THIS ALBUM IS WAY TOO SHORT!!!!!!!!!44minutes of music?I give this record a strong 7 out of 10. a bit disapointed but like i said, I love everything KISS does.
