Hey guys....well my review is a little late but really haven't had a chance to sit down and gather my thoughts. It took about 4 hours to get to lexington but it was worth the trip.So Welcome to the show!!!!
I've been a Kiss fan as long as i can remember so i love the chance to get to see them anytime. And this time i took along a first timer,he had never been to any kind of concert, but myself and rita were veterans,i also took her to her first show years ago,he wasn't really into Kiss,he was more of a country music fan,but i told him even if he didn't like the music it would be a killer show. And now he's ready to go see them again(hopefully Nashville),and he's already been over here borrowing my cd's and now our offical greeting is "Kiss Rock's Man"!! We went to play cards the other night and listened to Kiss all night,I was really surprised he went that wild over the music and show, but that is the magic of Kiss.
So to tell you the truth as usual it was a great show,i thought even better than the reunion, which i didn't think was possible, the effects were great,I found myself reaching for the pick Paul throws on the 3-D screen...lol,the fire, smoke, bombs,it is,like I told him trully a great show.Gene was on that night i thought,Paul was really the showman,Ace is god(nuff said),and Peter really impressed me.
Before the encore,at the end of rock and roll all night with all the confetti I thought it was like being inside a snowglobe. The only think i didn't like was that i thought rock and roll all night should be saved til the end.But all in all it was the greatest show i've ever seen, and one think i noticed it is like a family show with all the small children,I guess the original Kiss fan's are becoming parents, that the obsene language was kept out,and that didn't seem to affect the crowd in the least. So Kiss still rocks and they also got a new fan in my friend hoops...hell of a show!!!!IfYou get a chance to go see them, don't blow it...it is really worth the price!!!
