It has taken me a full week to even comprehend the fact that I was able to see Kiss from the 2nd row! I have to say that Monday, November23, was THE best day of my life!!! The last Kiss show I saw was NYEve at the Meadowlands when I bought 19th row tickets but my best friend, Paula, who was the person who turned me on to Kiss 21 years ago (I can't believe it's been that long!),ended up getting emergency surgery the day before the concert! I cried during the entire show. Getting even better seats for the Garden was top priority! I cannot believe how blessed I am! Not only did my friend and I have the most iincredible time, but I also got to see all four of the guys at WNEW radio station! I stood about 3 feet from my idol, Ace Frehley, who actually recognized me later during the concert! What a thrill!! My friend still can't believe that she was that close to Gene's tongue! I am amazed at the staying power of these guys-I hope I have that much energy in 17 years! Ace's solo's were intense and I was really impressed with Peter's drumming,considering all the problems with his arms! Gene was everything my friend dreamed he would be! And Paul was relentless-working the crowd into a frenzy especially during Love Gun as he flew over everyone! It was the best concert I've ever seen. I love to see the guys having fun again! Next concert I want front row (I had the misfortune of standing behind the guy from Skid Row-he's got to be 7 feet tall!) and I want more songs from Psycho Circus! It has become my very favorite Kiss album! Thanks guys for making my dream come true!!!!! Now if I could only get Ace alone.......!
