Kiss was in rare form Saturday night in Rochester, NY. I was a little leery during the upcoming week after reading some of the earlier revues but alas diehards will not be disappointed this time around.
The set list was pretty much the same as previous shows. "I Was Made For Lovin You" was dropped however (probably much to everyone's delight). "Within" has taking a bashing from some critics but I thought it was cool. It slowed things down a little but it still rocked. Some choice additions could have been a few more tunes from Psycho Circus, "Got To Choose", and "Christine 16".
Musically the group was tight, with each member doing what they do best. Lots of pyro, tons of confetti, cool 3D effects all added up to a great evening. Concerts have changed a lot from the mid seventies but the KISS tradition rolls on. You want the best, go see the best. Witness for yourself the greatness of KISS!!!
