Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: D.LeBlanc

Now i know it's been over a week, but i had a bit of a drive back to the east coast since the concert, and as far as i'm concerned 18 hours in a car with 4 kiss fans after a concert could give you a pretty good idea of what we just experienced. I have read the other reviews you posted from this show, and I have a few feelings for some people out there. The sound from where i was(10th row, first level) was a great deal better than the reunion tour. For the set list, i wasn't complaining, sure i would have loved it if they played some different tunes, but give me a fu*#*ng break those four guys got up there and played their asses off for everybody for two hours and your gonna complain they didn't play lick it up or i love it loud, do yourself a favor and stop calling yourself a kiss fan. The other thing was the prices of merchandise, umm let me know where you can get tour shirts for less than 35(yes shirts were 35 and 38 dollars without tax).Of course I cannot forget the comment of 3-D being stupid, maybe it's all in who sees it but it was working fine from ny seat. Now that i got that off of my chest i'll tell ya about the concert. From the opening of psycho circus (which i personally think is a kick ass album but some fans don't agree with me) to the encore with the crowd into it every step of the way KISS kicked ass. The biggest surprise was Peter's solo, during the reunion tour i didn't feel that it was up to the calibre of kiss. Boy did that make me feel stupid when his drum kit took off and he pounded out his solo with the enthusiasm of days gone by. Ace rocked , he played unbelievably all night. Gene as always kept the crowd going and threw out the preformance you wanted to see with that special touch of blood and fire. Paul amazed the crowd when he flew to a platform on centre floor and sang love gun. He preformed with showmanship that would make most fall off the stage. By far this is a tour you must experience to truly enjoy. Kiss has always been the best and when you see them live in concert you have gotten the best. PS lay off Econoline Crush they performed for 22,000 people and they also did a great show.
