Psycho Circus Tour Reviews

From: Gary Bringman

I went to see Kiss last night at the MCI center in Washington, D.C. and have a few comments.

The setlist has been the same since the 2nd night of the tour and would like to see some more variety. I know they are only playing songs from the 70's that all four members played on but would really like to hear Hotter Than Hell, Christine Sixteen, Strutter, Flaming Youth, Sure Know Something, Rock Bottom, C'mon And Love Me and Shandi. I've been thinking of some songs from the 80's that not all members played on where Ace could manage the solo and thought they might be able to play I Love It Loud, Heaven's On Fire, Forever and Reason To Live. Maybe they'll get tired of only playing the old songs and start putting in some 80's songs?

It also seems like Ace and Peter are slowing down. With all of the makeup, costumes and hot lights they seem to be dragging. Don't get me wrong, they were fantastic but seem to move a little slower and don't have much energy.

After reading the reviews by other people who attended the show I have to agree with what everyone has said.

I'm going to see them tomorrow night 11/21 at the First Union center in Philadelphia, PA. Hopefully they'll mix up the setlist.
