Last night's show at Sullivan arena was in one word AWESOME!! The sound was as good as it could be considering that the acoustics are horrendous, but by the time Psycho Circus was over it did not matter. I was amazed at how much pyro they set off, a couple of blasts probably shook the richter scale. This is my first time seeing the original KISS and it was by far better than Animalize, and the Asylum tours, that I saw back in my younger days. Ace was a little off on 2,000 Man, and Paul did drop the guitar during the encore, but overall the rust was not as thick as I expected. Ace's solo was GREAT!! I would have liked to see and hear more Peter though, but he sounded super on Black Diamond and Beth. I took my 10 and 16 year old daughters,as well as my wife and I am happy to say we are now a family of KISS freaks! I doubt KISS will ever find it's way to Alaska again, so I am grateful to have had the opportunity to catch THE HOTTEST BAND IN THE WORLD!
