KISS Farewell Tour Reviews

From: Kaber
Skid Row was tight and sounded pretty good overall. Ted was O.K. the sound was pretty distorted and the band didn't seem to have much energy.

KISS rocked in KISS style as usual. Paul was great, playing "I still love you" solo, it was great to hear that live again. Gene too was exellent, with a couple of bass solos and the great flying bit! Ace and Peter were on par with the last two times I'd seen them. However there was NO drum solo?!?!? Aces' solo was during 2000 man and was pretty good.

My car broke down on the way to the show and I had to walk the last 2 miles to see the show. I'd gladly do it again! It was great to see KISS one last time and they delivered as always! Thanks Gene, Paul, Ace and Peter for a lifetime of great music and fantastic shows! Also, thanks Vinnie, Mark, Bruce, Eric and especially Eric Carr for alot of the music and shows.

I first heard KISS on and 8-track of Alive that my friends mom wouldn't let him listen to. I wore that tape out in my 71 Firebird. I now listen to Alive 3 on CD in a Volvo. The more things change the more they stay the same. I'm glad KISS went out on top just as I want to remember them.
