Hello Kiss fans,
This was by far the best concert I had ever seen. They played flawlessly, without any mistakes at all. The band was in rare form. The opening acts were great with Teed Nugent saying "Even the faggots will be eating pussy after this song!" and then starting cat scratch fever. Kiss was totally amazing. What touched me was that paul said, that even though they are from new yourk, this was their home town. He said, "WE like a bunch of cities but, damn it, we only wrote a song about one of them." They played everything. They did the 80's stuff like "I Love It Loud, Heaven's On Fire, and Lick It Up". They even did the 90's "I Still Love You" before "Black Diamond". I was a memorable show. He said that he will tell kiss's message, and they haven't told anyone else. He said, "If you go to a show and the band doesn't respect you and give you your money's worth, then they don't deserve your respect or your money... but when you see a band who get's on that stage and kicks your ass, a band that loves you like we do, then you truly get what every fan deserves. That is the power of rock and roll." Paul said, at the end of the show, "Detroit! Don't you ever forget us. Cause I will never forget you."
and guys, that goes right back to you. We'll never forget you, and we love you guys too. You gave us so many years of yourselves, and all I can say as a fan is... thak you. I love you guys and the spirit of Kiss will live forever inside our hearts.
