I have been a huge KISS fan since '77 and have seen them 11 times and I figured #12 to be the last so I finally put up the big bucks for 1st.row! This was my 2nd. show this tour. I seen them in Cleveland & they were INCREDIBLE..but nothing, not even Tiger Stadium could top this!! Me & a friend went & worked our way to near center. What a trip!!! The curtain came down & nearly hit us in the head! We could see the platform underneath & Ace's boots!Then the curtain came down & it was totaly unreal!!! Paul was in front of us most of the night & my friend & I both got picks (which are harder than you would think that close.We got 2 each.) My friend caught one that Paul spit out! I've seen them up close before, but never with make-up! Gene spit blood just to the left of us which was MAYBE the highlight of the night.It's so cool when you dont have to watch the screen to see it! It was wild looking up & underneath him as he flew to the ceiling! Paul took off right over top of us! The whole night was kick ass!!! I know they sounded great in Cleveland, but to be honest I cant remember how good they sounded 'cause I was screaming my head off the WHOLE NIGHT! But they did sound great!!Everything seemed to go off fine & by the way, Ace as just a few feet away from me & he definitly was NOT drunk! All the guys were having a blast! One of the coolest things was my friend & I had Paul (me) & Gene's make-up on & we were shown on the screen a lot!!! A guy with a press pass also asked us to pose for a picture. Then at the end of he night I thought "I have a chance for Paul's guitar-we were SO CLOSE!! He threw out the neck & then came towards me!! Then he handed it to...the girl RIGHT next to me!I was bummed but what an experience!! If this is it for me seeing KISS,what a way to go!! I just want to say thank you PAUL,GENE,ACE,& PETER for all the great music & memories. You will be missed!! Also to ERIC CARR.(R.I.P.) ThanK you KISS for giving me a band to believe in. You rule now & forever!!
