I travled 8 hours by bus from canada to see my very first KISS concert. I've been a rabid KISS fan for 15 years now and you could imagine my dismay when i was told that the show had been canceled and rescheduled for the 18th.
Luckely for me i was able to stay in minneapolis the extra night, hell i would have slept on the streets and hitch hiked back if i had to i was not gonna miss KISS.
When i got in the doors i ws stunned to see another of my favorite bands, SKID ROW signing autographs at the local radio station booth so i got a pic of me and my friend with them and all there autographs. how sweet is that?
I wasnt sure what to expect with skid row with out all the origanal members but they put on a great show! their new lead singer is just as good if not better than sebastian bach. my only complaint is that their set was too short. (30 mins)
Up untill now i had only heard 1 or 2 ted nugent songs so i really wasnt sure about him but he really kicked ass! He ended the song kiss my ass by saying "this is america! if you dont speak english, GET THE FUCK OUT!!!!"
Then it was time..... ALLRIGHT MINNEAPOLIS..... i had shivers running up and down my body, i couldnt believe it! I"M SEEING KISS!!!!!!
i was blown away. i could not believe it! Detroit rock city never sounded better! What an amazing show. i'll never evvvver forget it. Seeing Gene Blow fire after firehouse and spit blood and fly for god of thunder, and seeing ace's smoking guitar after 2000 man and paul flying for love gun.
I spent 67 dollars on this ticket but if i had to i'd pay 1000. this really is the greatest show on earth by the hottest band in the land. If Kiss is playing anywhere remotly near you go see them!!!!! its worth every cent!!
