The show was awsome, it seemed that the break did the guys a lot of good. Ace
played fantastic, as did they all. Gene really seemed to be having a good time.
Paul was wearing a knee brace, but it wasn' really noticeable, it blended with
his costume well. It didn't slow him down any though. I haven't read alot of
reviews of previous shows so I'm not sure exactly, but they did make a point
to thank the fans for all the years of support. That even when the critics
said they wouldn't make it and no one would pay to see them, the KISS ARMY
proved them wrong. We met Doc M. after the show and I gave him a copy of the
farewell tribute poem I wrote. He told me he would make sure that KISS got it.
My poem had been published in a local newspaper the week before and he said
that they read the article before the show. I had my e-mail address on the
paper I gave him, I am hoping I might hear something from them about it,
I'll wait and see. We are going to the VA Beach show on July 2, I am more
excited about that show because the sound should be better. The Richmond
Coliseum does not have the best accoustics, but they still rocked the house.
