Set for August 25th to 27th at the Palms Casino Resort, the tournament will be a one-of-a-kind; exclusive event headlined by rock greats GENE SIMMONS, Dave Navarro and Alice in Chain's Jerry Cantrell. Winners and their guests will thrill to the excitement and unpredictability of playing side-by-side with three of the most animated and talented artists in the music world. The weekend begins with a tutorial to get players game-ready by tournament host and world renowned poker expert Phil Gordon from Celebrity Poker Showdown, followed by a private "meet and greet" session with Simmons, Navarro and Cantrell After the tournament, the winners will attend an exclusive after-party in the infamous Real World Suite at the Palms. The 2,900 square-foot, three-bedroom suite has become one of the most sought after high-roller suite in town. About Jerry Cantrell As one of the most influential guitarists of his generation, Jerry Cantrell has made a permanent mark on today's rock music. His heavy- yet organic-style, paired with soulful songwriting, helped shape the success of the legendary '90's band, Alice in Chains. Cantrell penned many of Alice in Chains' innovative songs including "Rooster," "Would?" and "No Excuses," which have become rock anthems of this generation. About Chad Kroeger Songwriter, performer, producer, label executive, entrepreneur - Chad Kroeger is truly a renaissance man in the world of rock and roll. Front man and primary songwriter for multi-platinum selling Canadian group Nickelback, Kroeger has led the band from a small town in Alberta to the very peak of international stardom with chart-topping instant classics such as "How You Remind Me" and "Someday", and millions of albums sold all over the world. Kroeger's midas touch has also extended to his endeavors outside of Nickelback. As a solo artist, Kroeger had success with "Hero", a song featured in the blockbuster movie Spiderman.
