KISS Ebay Warning From: KISSAsylum.com Received a great letter to help aid KISS fans on buying on Ebay. Thanks Peter for taking the time to write in! ------------------------------------ Hi there, Let me start of buying saying that I think you guys are doing a GREAT job! I've been coming to your site since about 1997 and I love it:) You guys are doing a fantastic job keeping the fans up to date with KISS news....THANKS!! My reason for e-mailing you is as follows. I been collecting KISS stuff for over 20 years and do most of my purchasing through e-bay. It seems that as the years go by there's more and more fake KISS stuff being sold on e-bay like fake autographs, fake awards, reproduction boxes being passed off as original, etc. Someone who's been collecting for a while usually can spot the fake stuff but for those new KISS collectors they're simple getting ripped off and I'm getting sick of it. In the last month I've taken the liberty to post two messages on e-bay itself to try and educate and warn the fans. To my surprise I'v been receiving lots of e-mails thanking me for my effort and asking me for my opinion on KISS stuff that is being sold on e-bay. Now down to my request. Since your site is so well respected amongst the fans and so widely read I was wondering if you can write some short notice warning the fans to be careful what and from who they're buying from e-bay.
