From: Michael Johns I just got home from the VH-1 Rock Honors Show and all I got to say is WOW!!!! It was FANTASTIC!! and there was a MAJOR special guest in the band that played their tribute to KISS. I ended up 2nd row in the pit partially between Tommy and Paul's mic stand, just to the left of the scissor jack platform that Tommy used to go up to the rafters. The band that did the tribute to KISS performed GOD OF THUNDER and consisted of: ROB ZOMBIE SLASH GILBY CLARKE SCOTT IAN TOMMY LEE and the 6th surprise member of the band was none other than ACE FREHLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DETROIT ROCK CITY DEUCE LOVE GUN MAKIN' LOVE-Bonus song after all the pyro and stage bombs went off..Not sure if this track will make the final cut for airing as they were only supposed to perform 3 songs... I also caught a PAUL STANLEY guitar pic so that was cool. The edited show airs on VH1 May 31st in the USA.
