From: KISSAsylum.com KISS Asylum has continued to receive reports of the new PAUL STANLEY solo CD sold out in stores across the country. We received many from New Jersey in particular; here are a few: Kevin Knight of Atlantic City NJ had quite a bit of leg-work to do to get his copy, but in the end, luck was on his side.... "I dropped by the Best Buy location on Route 46 in West Paterson, NJ, yesterday (October 24th) to pick up PAUL STANLEY's Live to Win CD. There were two shelves reserved for the CD within the new music display as soon as you walk into the store, and it was already sold out at 2:30 pm! The store manager said they ordered double the amount of units than most other Best Buy stores, and it still sold out, and more CDs would arrive Friday. I then went to CD World, also on Route 46 in West Paterson, NJ, and there were only two copies of the CD left on the shelf on the new music display as soon as you walk into the store, and I purchased both copies...one for me and the other for a friend. Looking forward to his concert this Friday at House of Blues in Atlantic City." Dave Bobick, also from Jersey, wasn't so lucky... "I went to 2 different stores in the New Jersey area including CD World which is affiliated with Sam Goody / FYE and I also went to Best Buy. ALL of which were SOLD OUT of Live To Win. This was as of 5pm on the 24th of October. I guess that’s good news for Paul! But I want my copy already!" Frank Hagen in South Jersey probably had the most trouble obtaining his copy, but being the huge fan that he is, his relentless efforts were rewarded... "The long awaited CD from PAUL STANLEY is a big hit! And obviously so. Trying to find it is a task in itself. After traveling from store to store in the South Jersey area, it appeared my search for my copy would come up empty. Wal-Mart had no copies left. Best Buy had no copies left. FYE at two locations had no copies left. Am I repeating myself? Yes I am. I started to think LIVE TO WIN could have a different title, LIVE TO FIND A COPY OF PAUL'S CD! Bumming just a little bit, well maybe a lot, it occurred to me- Target! My last chance. They've got to have it in stock. YES! My lucky day. They had it and the last copy! Two bins were there for LIVE TO WIN and one left. It just goes to show that Paul's fans are out there supporting his brilliant new CD. And me, I drove home, CD in my player and a very happy camper"! So, don't despair, there are copies out there to be found! Try any of the online stores should this jewel elude you locally; it will be well worth the effort! |
