Paul Meets Fans
From: PaulStanley.com

For four hours Saturday, Paul greeted over 1200 fans of all ages at the Parisian Store in the Rochester Hills Mall. Appearing at the Michigan store to promote the KISS Fragrance line, Paul was genuinely happy to meet his fans! He hugged, shook hands, held babies, posed for photos and signed bottles of the fragrance throughout the event.

One of many touching moments occurred when a US Soldier and his family met Paul and the crowd erupted in cheers and applause. Watching Paul interact with the fans, especially the kids, was also a wonderful treat. So was the sight of fans leaving the stage after meeting Paul, as many were simply flustered and needed to catch their breath!

The following story was in Saturday's Detroit Free Press:

Rock star invites fans to see and sniff

Kiss rocker PAUL STANLEY knows a thing or two about makeup -- he was the one with the star on his face -- but what does he know about perfume?

How involved were you with the development of the fragrance? "I was totally, totally involved. ... It was something that needed to be overseen to make sure that it was ... something that was not contrary to what the band believes."

What is the band's fragrance philosophy? "I think something individual, something maybe a little off the mainstream."

Do you wear KISS Him? "I do."

Before you wore it, what did you smell like? "100% all-American man."

Is that good or bad? "I've never had any complaints."

How's your solo tour? "It's going great, it's just great to get out there and play small venues and play songs I've written over the years. ... It's kind of a way of me thanking everybody (for) what they've given me."

Are you giving them something or doing it free? "You sound like a very jaded person."
