Gene Photo A Fraud From: KISSasylum.com Posted: October 17, 2007 As pointed out by a KISS Asylum reader, the photo we posted on October 16 of Gene allegedly spitting blood on the non-makeup Lick it Up Tour is a fraud. We suspected it was, and we thank everyone who wrote with their comments on this. The shadow on Gene's chest and bass was from the microphone stand and someone, (for who knows what reason), digitally added some blood to make it look like it was something that it was not. So, don't believe everything you read or see in the media. Even a bastion of news pride and accuracy like KISSasylum.com can be wrong sometimes.
